Unlike many other short sale facilitators, we do not have any "program", as we have no fees or memberships. Instead, all you have to do is send us a complete short sale package, using our forms and we will facilitate your short sale. Once we are handling your short sale, all the parties, (buyers, sellers, agents, and attorneys) will all be given a proprietary log-in so that you can follow your short sale online.

All fees are fully disclosed and are clearly submitted on the closing HUD-1 Statement.
